Participation at the EUCVT final conference is free of charge.
The conference will be held online, through Zoom. The Zoom link will be shared in the week of 6 December.
If you wish to participate, in person or online, we kindly ask you to complete the registration process via “Register Now” by 9 December 2021 COB .
On 30 November, we informed participants that the final conference of the EU Centre of Expertise for Victims of Terrorism (EUCVT), which will take place on 13 December, will be moved to a fully online event. This decision was taken in consultation with the European Commission, following a close monitoring of the recent surge in COVID cases and increased restrictions in Belgium and other European countries.
For the participants whose travel costs were covered by the Centre, we kindly request you to seek the reimbursement from airline or train companies first. If this is refused, please contact the Centre via eucvt@victimsupporteurope.eu to receive details about the reimbursement process.
